What better way to welcome spring than with a sip of Nature's Tonic or as you may know it; Maple Sap.
Join us as we travel back in time when sap was collected in buckets and pails and brought to boil over a wood burning evaporator.
Take the opportunity to discover the conditions needed to be present for Maple Sap to flow. Learn how much boiling is needed before the sap is transfomed into what we know as Maple Syrup.
At the end of the program there will be a tasting of syrup made directly from the Sugar Maples of the Humber Arboretum forest.
